Refunds, Replacements & Returns

Once a piece of jewellery is welded it can not be returned, all jewellery sales are final.

If jewellery piece breaks at the jump ring, I offer re-attachment free of charge. The chain must be intact. If the jewellery is lost or breaks along the chain I do not replace it. Please understand that Like any piece of jewellery, it is delicate and activities which put strain on the chain can cause breakage so please use caution. Although this jewellery is intended to last, it is still fine jewellery and not invincible. Wildling is not liable for lost chains.

Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes and chemicals.
